REFUND POLICY

What items can be returned or exchanged?

  • All purchases come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, with exclusions. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.

  • Exclusions include Tools (Curling Wands, Straightening Irons, Hair Dryers and brushes) will not be accepted for return. Due to concerns for public hygiene, we do not accept returns for tools & accessories in any condition.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

  • If you receive an item or tool that is damaged or defective, we will replace the damaged item with the same or equivalent replacement.

  • The customer must send us a video of the product not working within 14 days of delivery via email to colins@evolvesalonsystems.com or call (603) 624-2322, ext 13.

What items are not returnable?

  • Hair Care Tools to include brushes, combs, straightening irons, and blow dryers

  • Some accessories

  • Free items

  • Orders that have a Free Item Promotional Code- THE ENTIRE ORDER is final sale and cannot be Returned or Exchanged

  • Damaged or Defective Items

  • Any item marked as final sale

How should I return my item?

  • Please reach out to us at colins@evolvesalonsystems.com. Once return or exchange is approved, a Return Authorization Tag will be emailed to the email address on file.

  • Pack your items carefully back to their original packaging.

  • If you would like to use the same shipping box, please place the new shipping label you receive over the previous shipping label, otherwise, please use another shipping box.

  • Follow the step by step instructions provided by our customer service or our automated system to ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.

How soon will I get my credit voucher?

  • You will receive a refund credit voucher to apply towards a future order when we receive your return item, process it and approve your return. The Credit Voucher with the value of your return minus any applicable return shipping costs can be used towards a future order at www.healiumhair.com. It will be emailed to your email address on file once your return is received, processed and returned. You may use the Credit Voucher towards your purchase of the item you want.

  • It is important that you ship the item you wish to return within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.

  • Once we receive, process and approve your return you will get your refund credit voucher typically within 48 hours.
