What is Subscribe & Save?

Subscribe & Save is a convenient and free service provided to you by Healium Hair. If you select this option when adding to the cart, we will automatically send your favorite products to you at the frequency you choose. You will never have to worry about running out of your products again.

You will always have control over your Subscribe & Save orders. Once you sign up, you can change your products, frequency, next order date or quantity anytime by going to the “Subscribe & Save” section of your account on healiumhair.com. Changes to orders can be made up to 48 hours before the next scheduled order date.

How do I start using Subscribe & Save?

Setting up Subscribe & Save is easy. Products available for Subscribe & Save will have the option present on the product page. Select the Subscribe & Save option and the frequency you want deliveries and then check out.

What happens after I set up Subscribe & Save?

After you set up the Subscribe & Save service for any product, you will receive an email from us confirming all the details.

Where can I see my upcoming Subscribe & Save orders?

To manage Subscribe & Save, sign in to your account and click “manage subscriptions.” The next scheduled order will be displayed within the top notification box.

How do I change how often I receive a Subscribe & Save product?

To manage Subscribe & Save, sign into your account and click “manage subscriptions.” The option to change the frequency is located in the top notification box. Click the pencil icon next to order frequency to update the new frequency you want.

How do I pause a Subscribe & Save order?

To manage Subscribe & Save, sign into your account and click “manage subscriptions”. To pause an order, click the big red button labeled “Pause Subscription” in the top notification box. We won’t send you a product(s) until you decide to resume your subscription.

How do I cancel Subscribe & Save for a product?

To manage Subscribe & Save, sign in to your account and click “manage subscriptions.” To cancel your subscription, scroll to the bottom drop-down box and click “cancel subscription.” The subscription service will be cancelled for this product, and no future orders will be automatically placed for it. You will receive an email notification confirming this update was completed successfully.

How do I update my Subscribe & Save credit card?

To manage Subscribe & Save, sign into your account and click “manage subscriptions”. To update your credit card information, scroll to the drop-down box that says payment details and enter your new card information. This totally replaces your prior stored credit card. Note that this credit card will be used for all your subscribe & save orders. Please remember to update your billing address; this needs to stay up to date to ensure your payment is processed successfully.
