DIRECTIONS:  On wet hair, lather into hands and fingertips and massage into whole scalp and down through strands . Massage shampoo thru scalp thoroughly with fingers to stimulate and cleanse.  Rinse until water runs clear. Follow with Swell Conditioner for best results.
